There were some interesting choices in there…I thought The Vow was also odd. I can see an academic use for a book on “voodoo”, though.

One thing you may already know: you can list books at

and they’ll notify you when the price drops. That service is free, and although I’ve had some correspondence with them, I’m not connected with them except as a user. I don’t know if they would have caught this in one day, though.

I scanned the list and found something that had been on my wish list for many months. I’m not sure why a book on Haitian Voodoo (Moma Lola) was in a ‘Back To School’ sale (Sociology or Hogwart’s, I dunno). But it was a very substantial discount and I was happy to see it.
